Use in Cancer

Tocilizumab is approved to treat:

  • release syndrome (CRS) that is severe or life-threatening. It is used in adults and children aged 2 years and older who have CRS caused by chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy.

Tocilizumab is also being studied in the treatment of other conditions.
